A Family is Growing up

Calgary is always a little fickle around autumn. You can never predict whether the weather will cooperate. Will it give you a long stretch of beautiful autumn colours or will the snow sweep in early and cause all the leaves to fall sooner than expected. This year was no exception of unpredictability. However, we did have a week or two of beautiful colours, and we had to take advantage of the gorgeousness that mother nature gives us every year. The Tenhove family was one of just a few families that took me up on the short window we had before the snow fell.

As a family, they haven't done scheduled photos other than occasional selfies is a long time and I was happy to help them capture their togetherness. Time passes us so quickly sometimes. It's important to take a moment to reflect on who we are occasionally to see where we've developed from and look forward to the future ahead of us. Our families are such a big part of us.
